Goal Setting Simplified/Effective

We all know the importance of goal setting. However, many of us don’t know how to write attainable yet challenging goals or if we do we write them down once and never look at them again.  I have read and heard a lot of different goal setting techniques and strategies but I am sharing the best one I have ever heard and the most effective I have come across.

I am calling it the most powerful of goal setting technique ever.  And all it takes is a 3 x 5 note card.

Everyday on a 3 x 5 card write down your top 6 goals in 6 major categories:

Body-Physical Goals

Brain-Intellectual Goals (Books you read, amount of daily study)

Being-Spiritual Goals (time you spend meditating or praying)

Time-Organizational Goals

People-People Goals (Concerning the most important people in your life)

Money-Your Financial Goals

Carry the card around with you all day and read it during breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and before bed.  You are filling your mind with your goals. Pretty soon you will attract those goals because you become what you think about on a daily basis.

(The 6 main goals can be anything.  Just giving a guide line to help organize your goals if you need it)
